Q：What is the factory order quantity?

Our minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and customization requirements. Generally, standard products have lower minimums, such as simple labeling, starting at 100 sets. Highly customized products may have higher minimums. For example, custom color boxes start at 1000 sets, and custom electronic features start at 2000 sets. Please contact us for specific minimum order quantities.

Q：How long is the delivery time?

The specific time depends on the complexity of the product and the order volume. The delivery time for standard spot products is usually within 48 hours, while the delivery time for customized products may be slightly longer, usually around 45 to 60 days. If you have urgent demand, please contact us in advance, we will try our best to meet your requirements.

Q：How to ensure product quality?

Full-process quality control system:
1. Raw material stage: pass ROHS environmental protection certification, eliminate harmful substances;
2. Production process: each batch passes 12 quality inspection processes (including tensile test, electrical safety test);
3. Production stage: CE/FCC/ROHS international certification is passed, and CNAS third-party quality inspection report is provided.

Yes, the larger the order volume, the more discounts are available. For example, if the spot order volume is greater than or equal to 500 pieces, a 9.5% discount can be enjoyed. Annual cooperative customers will also be provided with a tiered rebate policy.

It depends on the items you want, available inventory location and destination. We ship products from china warehouse to ensure you get them as soon as possible.

Q：How did I get one sample?

Advise us the product you are interested, then we will make an offer of the total sample cost, including the shipping fee. You arrange the payment then we will send out the sample.

Q：What's your delivery time for wholesale order?

The wholesale order delivery time depends on the quantity of the order. For small batch orders, we usually ship in 1~4 days, as we need to reserve about 1 day for inspection. For bulk orders, we will confirm with you according to the order situation.
