How to choose the appropriate massage intensity and mode for yourself when using the KY1081 massager for the first time?

It is recommended to start from the lowest setting (air pressure level 1 / low-frequency vibration / heat therapy at 45℃) and experience for 5-10 minutes:

Shoulders / Neck: If you have been sitting for a long time and feel stiff, you can start with vibration + low air pressure for relaxation. Once you get used to it, gradually increase the air pressure level.

Knees / Joints: Prioritize turning on red light + heat therapy (to promote blood circulation), and combine with 1-2 levels of air pressure for gentle pressing.

Hip bones / Buttocks: Heat therapy + medium-intensity vibration is suitable for relieving soreness from prolonged sitting. The air pressure can be adjusted according to muscle thickness (choose 1-2 levels for thinner muscles, and 2-3 levels for thicker muscles).
