What is the after-sales warranty and spare parts policy?
We offer a 1-year global warranty. Non-human-induced faults are eligible for free replacement. For wholesale customers purchasing over 500 sets, we will additionally provide 0.5% spare parts (backup units will be included with the shipment).
For any after-sales issues, please contact your dedicated customer service representative via email or WhatsApp at any time. We will provide a solution within 48 hours. We also have multi-language after-sales manuals to help you handle customer complaints quickly.
