Can I return the product if I'm not satisfied after purchase? What should I do if it needs repair outside the warranty period?

Unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days for any reason (return shipping fee at your own expense). If there is a quality issue within 15 days, we will replace it for free.
Outside the warranty period, we offer paid repair services (US$50 labor fee + cost of parts). Our customer service will guide you throughout the process, including mailing and operation, so you don't have to worry about language barriers.
